LOCAL 1936 NOTICE OF MOTION July 11, 2024 by bernicemway SKM_C33512407091153CUPE JULY 9TH, 2024 Please note that the following motion wil be brought forward to be discussed and voted on at the September 18th, 2024 CUPE Local 1936 General Membership Meeting to be held beginning 6:30 pm at the CUPE Regional Office located at 6222 Wilingdon Avenue, Burnaby, CB on the 4ht floor. We move that the CUPE Local 1936 members approve the transfer of jurisdiction of Local 798-04, Inclusion Powel River Society, unit members from CUPE Local 798 to CUPE Local 1936, in accordance with Article 3.6 of the National Constitution. Please note that the members of Inclusion Powell River Society are part of the Provincial Community Living Colective Agreement and thus will fall under Provincial Bargaining.
